These terms govern the use of Booknivo as a SaaS online booking and scheduling application.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Booknivo, you accept these terms and the current Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
Booknivo allows account creation, availability setup, event creation, public booking links, and booking confirmations/cancellations.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the platform. You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
4. User responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep data updated, and use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
5. Permitted and prohibited uses
Fraud, spam, unauthorized scraping, impersonation, security attacks, or unlawful use are prohibited.
6. User content
Users retain ownership of content, granting Booknivo a limited license to host and process it for service operation.
7. Bookings, cancellations, availability
Booknivo facilitates appointment coordination but does not guarantee booking volume, guest attendance, or specific business outcomes.
8. Information accuracy
We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate data entered by users, including schedules, time zones, or service descriptions.
9. Intellectual property
Booknivo software, brand, and design belong to CarrasStudio and/or licensors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Booknivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
11. No absolute warranties
Service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Suspension or termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-compliance, security risk, legal requirement, or abusive use.
13. Third-party services
We may rely on technical third parties (hosting, email, analytics, etc., if applicable). Each third party has its own terms and policies.
14. Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Booknivo to interact with your calendar through Google APIs to create, update, or cancel booking-related events. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting Google's terms applicable to this integration.
15. Changes to service or terms
Features and terms may be updated as product evolves. Updated versions are published with effective date.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States. Competent venue: courts located in Williston, North Dakota, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
